Wedding toasting flutes

Many brides and grooms choose to have a toast to remember their wedding special day and celebrate their love and happiness together with their guests. So, toasting goblets are a MUST!
The champagne glasses are the traditional glasses for toasting but wine glasses are fine, too.
Don't have just classic flutes..... make them special! You can have them decorated with fresh flowers or silk flowers, trailing ribbons, beads, pearls, accessories.......The only thing that can stop you is your imagination!

The Language of Flowers

Have you ever think to have your bridal bouquet made from specific type of flowers in order to send a message to your groom ?
Well, here's what you can do. Think about the flowers you wish to have or have been recommended by your florist for your bouquet and see what message your flowers whispering to you and to your lovely groom. For instance, a bouquet made from peonies , sweet peas and violet means happy marriage, blissful pleasure and “you're always on my thoughts”.Isn't it that beautiful?
Or a bridal bouquet made just from callas means magnificent beauty, panache..
Do you want to know what message your bridal bouquet sends to others? Give me the flowers names and I will give you the message. Let's play! Have fun!

So what do you think about color theory? Which is (or was) your wedding vision?

STYLE.........very significant word! Each wedding has a style, it can be sophisticated, elegant or casual or anything you want to be! So is the Bridal Bouquet,..... but there are different types of bouquets from which you can choose. After you have decided about the color and the wedding style is time for choosing the right bouquet. That's the taught part, but can be very easy if you know some details about the shape of bouquets.

The pomander..........usually this is very common for a flower girl to wear but it can be very attractive especially if you want your hands to be free! Take a look, isn't it cute?

Composite bouquet it might be a little unknown for you but if you want to keep your individuality go for it! Is a single type of flower with the illusion that is a giant flower. Have you ever seen that before?
The cascade bouquet or the tear drop bouquet is very romantic. If you have been dreaming of a fairy tale weeding or you imagine yourself as a princess on your wedding day, definitely the cascade is the right bouquet for you. But there is one restriction, if you are a petite bride stay away for this bouquet even if you adore it!

The hand-tied bouquet- blooms wired together- is appropriate for an informal wedding; think at an outdoor wedding, a garden style wedding, that's the place where a hand tied bouquet is a perfect choice since it has a natural look.

The most common shape is round, it is good for a formal wedding or it can be a good option for a semi formal wedding, too. Brides love round bouquets because they are so trendy and never look boring! Take a look at the photo, wouldn't you agree?

Ok, now it's your turn, tell me witch one do you like most? And share with me your opinions!

first step

That was easy! i've just created my blog......everybody has one, so I said "why not?" It helps me stand still!
These days I am trying hard to find a way to get inspired.......not on floral designs, this is easy! but on my future career as a floral event designer.........!!!! I know that I want to do weddings or events work. Let me tell you a secret. When I started as a floral designer I have never thought to sell flowers and deliver them every day, so I think that means that I don't want to do retail work.
Let'c come back to weddings......the most excited day of your life! It seems that you are the only stressed person and the only thing that you have in mind is : "My wedding has TO BE PERFECT". Actually is quite easy to be perfect, we are talking about YOU and your lovely spouse, so how can not this be perfect? Hmmmmmmm, you say.....well let me show you how to relax!
Today we are going to talk about the color theme of your wedding.
First of all, try to imagine the color you will wish to see on your wedding day, (all day long)don't go with white or red, just because is trendy. Check your closet, are you that kind of person chossing classic colors or are you an energetic person choosing always vibrant colors? Then choose the one which represent you most! On my wedding I went on orange theme. The flowers, the reception chair covers, the bouquet...everything had a little orange accent. Must be careful with strong colors, to much can be stressful!

Next time we'll talk about STYLE!
See you.
